Ok, I Don't Know Why I Am Posting This But The Valyse Community Is Really Stupid And Dumb.

If You Know IceyTamim From The Valyse Server (Dizzy) Then You Should Know Who He Is, For The Newbies, IceyTamim (IceyTamim#6083) Is A Staff In The Valyse Community, He Mostly Manages Everything. But They All Are Retarted Except The Raxzy Twins And Land (The Main Developer).

 

 

So Basically, Let Me Cut To The Point. IceyTamim Threatened Me Saying He Will Sue Me If I Use Their API Cause I Uploaded A Picture Of My Executor For Ratings. He Just Assumed "I Was Using Their API" For Absolutely No Reason. He Said He'll Lawsuit Me

I Am Not Saying Valyse Is Bad, Valyse Is Good If Your A Beginner But The Community Is Retarted.

Also Their API Doesn't Even Have Any Security, You Can Just Use Their Methods To Launch The Exploit In Your Own Executor.

He isn't wrong though he can legally sue you without a name. Several others have had this very similar experience (IShanJIT was given a cease and desist by Sakpot).

Sue Me For An Exploit? Did You Forget About The Other Side Of This Situation? He Just Suddenly Mentioned Me And Assumed I Was Using Their API. And The Thing Is, They Use Methods To Run Functions For The API. So You Can Just Reference It. So Even If I Was Doing it, It's Not My Fault, The Developers Faults.

Who Sues Someone For Using Something That Someone Else Made Without Their Permission Especially It's A ROBLOX Exploit? This Should Be Moderated By Just An API Ban.

i dont think they will really be successful, i wonder how people in court will think of some 5 year old lego game cheat "API" being used by another person (even if its an assumption), and he can't even sue you if he/she dont got your name

In America it is possible to sue someone without their name. And also you can sue someone for around 30 thousand I believe (this is because they would've infringed on a copyright).

tbh they shouldnt make an api in the first place if they dont want people using it 

and second of all dont bully them their community isnt bad the owners are decent people

they made the "API" because they wanted to make their executor better than the majority of other executors.

 

they, however don't want people to use it because it would most likely cut into their revenue which they need to pay for the development costs of said "API"
