[WPF UI] New Clean Interface for Rating

Hello everyone,
Recently I spent some time working on a new one, you can also say that with a clean interface for my project and
I thought that I will present them to you because why not, I only care about your opinion and only thanks to them I will be able to specifically approach some elements that would be useful to improve :)

Anyway I planning now to make one Big UI Project which I will probably sit on it for a few good weeks, but I still have nothing to do now so we will see what will come out of it and at most I will present it to you later as another project for rating

for now i just using Discord RPC to get User Profile Picture and Name but I'm still experimenting with other functions, so it's possible that it will be something more

For sure, i not have own styles but yes i using them and modyfing to improve my projects but this is only for this moment because I am planning to buy a new styles

@DareQPlaysRBX u can get user id in discord logs and send lookup sites for get discord user info

Bro. I advise you not to use Delta DLL as the main dll. if you ask me for it, just use either WeAreDevs API or any Public APIs out there.
Delta DLL / Oxygen-Forked DLL is not a public dll btw, for the UI.

I would say good but I'm quite disappointed with its Theme. i expect a theme that
covers the entire UI.
Also please make sure you default the language to english. or use Keyboard language detection. omg I thought i got hacked by a Russian spies
