Encorrupted (ZayDevvilish, NeelonDemon, whatever this tard calls himself) CW - Asking for DDoS tools, Racism, Toxicity

I didn't want to make this guy's 7th CW but it looks kind of serious. I know he isn't relevant in the community anymore, but I'm just making you aware because I guess he wants to ddos people and he could do some damage (probably not though, hes a literal brainlet)
