Make new people not be able to create threads

Maybe add a restriction so that you need atleast 50 posts to create your own threads.
I feel like this would restrict people to mass create threads with their bots.

yeah, but they can just go to random & old threads and spam reply that, and then they can grant themselves access to creating threads, its better off if they set something like "your account has to be X amount of days old in-order to create a thread!"

The owner isn't even online to implement this. I believe they should add a timer, similar to Discord. You must be a member of the forum for a certain amount of time before you're allowed to post a thread. A way to bypass this would to have at least two reputation points.
