Fix the scroll bar

Turn the scrollbar visibility to auto

Here, I re-made your UI and made some improvements, as a personal preference.

1. I've used matched primary and secondary colours (avoid too many different shades)

2. All margin values have been adjusted, so that the icons, editor, and tab bar look uniform

3. The left bar has had its border removed as other elements don't feature their own borders either - this creates a more consistent look

4. A round effect has been applied to most of the UI elements for a neater finish

5. Rounded backgrounds have also been added to the icons, tabs, and the "new tab" button
