Also, a captcha if someone is making a new account and it'll prevent a load of bots.

the best we could do is something like an Anti-VPN / Anti-Proxy to prevent Alt Accounts plus Bots

I'd recommend Honeypot instead of other implementations as it is really good at preventing bots

Also, use the Bot Fight Feature in CloudFlare, which will prevent a load of bots as well
