I couldn't understand the bottom part of your post, but yeah. This service most likely recently came out, so it's impossible to generate 2017 accounts on scene, they have to use old accounts (as with literally ANY alt generator)
It's not about whether the account isn't generated from the service, it's about it the service provides what it promises. And in this case, it does.
@kyron Nobody can prove anything about rats in your altbot because you don't provide source, which can be sketchy. Plus, usually creator opinions don't matter whatsoever due to low trust and crap.
