Remove all caps from premium name

Same as the title, a good idea for WeAreDevs is to remove the all caps feature, it is kinda weird and I don't really like it.

Yes I know that I could just use betterwrd, and I do, but on other pcs that I use it on I don't want to install extensions.

TLDR: Remove all caps from premium users.

There's a BetterWRD plugin that already does this. I would suggest using that for now

Or, at least make a toggle / switch that enables / disables it. Although, I don't really mind the all-caps usernames.
