It's not bad, but the Opacity doesn't really convince me. Could you please upload an image of the opacity set to 1?

For winforms it's good like a 8 out 10 but if you have plans on adding themes or just making other functions like adding a cloud script hub i would recommend you to switch to wpf and an other bad point about winforms is that you get stuck with low to no customization about controls like buttons or scrollballs.
