[QUESTION] Which Linux Distro Should I Use
Posted
I'm not switching to Linux, but I'm going to be running Linux in a VM (VMWare Player) with about 12 gigs of ram, and around 128 gb of storage on an SSD, I need it for some dev related stuff and I'm 13 and I can't buy a new hard disk or PC myself (and my parents won't).
So I've decided on these three Linux distros:
Zorin OS
Linux Mint
KDE Neon (KDE Plasma) (Basically the same as Kubuntu)
Kubuntu (Basically the same as KDE Neon [KDE Plasma])
Please decide for me, and don't even say anything about Arch, I just don't like it.
I'm new to Linux and want a distro that looks like Windows and is kind of beginner friendly.
If there's any other distro you recommend, please tell me. (I don't like Ubuntu, that's why I chose KDE Neon & Kubuntu)

Linux Mint is a beginner friendly distro and should be easy to pick up. All of these are debian based so updates won't be on the bleeding edge. This can be helpful or detrimental depending on your use case.

I chose Kubuntu because many things support Ubuntu and I prefer KDE over the Gnome DE because of how customisable it is, and I started having some problems with Linux Mint and Zorin OS.

I recommend Arch Linux, it's also good for development, lightweight and very popular among Linux Distributions
