And also, imagine stealing someones DLL's and using it in your own exploit.

All you can do is stop using Evon DLL on your exploit. This is a Cease and Desist, and not a lawsuit, meaning you're told by Sakpot to stop using Evon DLL or you WILL BE SUED, not that you are being sued now.

It is your fault, and your fault alone for this cease and desist. You used the DLL knowing full well that it is not made to be used other than Evon, and you ignored my warnings not to use the dll. Therefore, you now face the consequences for your action. It is now your responsibility to stop the use of Evon DLL and switch to a publicly available API like WeAreDevs.

The way I see it, it is completely justified. If Sakpot just asked Ishanjit to stop using the DLL, Ishanjit might've not stopped using the DLL as Ishanjit would've lost more than he would've gained (Lost Execution Power, Gained Nothing)

Not to mention, Ishanjit's actions hurts Sakpot's business because the DLL is funded entirely through the installations of Evon. So if Ishanjit's executor was released publicly (and if it was advertised very well), Sakpot would be losing money from a lack of installations while he still has to pay for the DLL.

Cease and Desists can feel bad to get, I've been threatened with getting one before, but it is not a full on Lawsuit more than it is a threat of a lawsuit, and instead of hurting me, it helped me learned of my mistakes, and I don't make that mistake anymore.
