Don't rate based on UI.
Rate on how well the exploit executes and it's script compatibility.

No 1: Fluxus | Best free script execution, and has 3 different execution methods: RVM, Bytecode and Proto. Also, keysystem isn't that anoying.
No 2: Oxygen U | Really good script execution, only one execution method (I think it is bytecode) and also, made by good devs.
No 3: Electron | One of the best script executions, ok keysystem but little functions (not even saveinstance)
No 4: Krnl | Powerful script execution, but it is 4th just because of the annoying keysystem.
No 5: JJSploit | Good script execution, many crashes and NO keysystem.

Hmm, Free Exploits so...
1. Fluxus
2. KRNL
3. Comet
4. Aspect
and i don't have any ideas about other free exploits
(but Fluxus is the best IN MY Opinion)

1) Comet
2) Fluxus
3) Oxygen U
4) JJsploit
5) KRNL (bc of key system)
