Press CTRL + shift + ESC, expand task manager if you haven't already, and click the startup tab. Turn off anything you don't need or want.

use the fpslocker to check if you locked your fps at 1, if it still insists on 1 fps that means you have a btc miner, you mentioned nihon and fluxus randomly appeared in your files and didnt download them, try checking the contents of both and running them both to make sure its not just a fake disguise.
Also try emptying out your temp folder, Some people had an issue related to thiis before and deleting the contents of their temp folder fixed it.
Make sure not to skip anything and to close all other programs for example browsers and such, so that nothing gets ruined.
If you dont know how to access it press the windows key + R and enter %temp% in the text box
read some of the replies delete nihon and fluxus it should not be called bin, its highly likely that you downloaded fluxus in an exploits directory by mistake or something, empty out your recycle bin after deleting both, and delete Comet to make sure its not a bug with it, Comet is new and bobby sucks.

Well I do remember hard rebooting and then trying without opening anything but the FPS was still at one
My best guess for Fluxus and Nihon is that the malware scan I was running maybe messed with the files
I also completely deleted Roblox from my C: drive, reinstalled and it did nothing. I found someone else on the Roblox Dev Forums with the same problem and almost the same CPU as I do so it may either be the CPU or just Roblox and it's updates.
