Chatting is the sole thing forums are based on, everybody knows that.

First off, chatting is not the purpose of a forum. The purpose of a forum is to make user-oriented topics which can then be interacted by other individuals to provide more information or to interact with said information. This is not Discord, I know that some of you are too young to know the purpose of forums (Places meant to post and discuss certain topics in a serious manner, not greet your buddies on the replies to a serious community warning? Crazy idea, I know.) but you should've probably adapted to it by now.
Wabz is right about the reason that these changes are being made. The quality of threads here has dropped significantly over the past 2 years, althewhile a community as toxic and arrogant as V3rmillion has started to form. People are genuinely incapable of grasping that their "omg look source code of other cheat, SKID!!! SKID!!!!" threads are worthless and unwelcome, and only seek to promote further drama.
This whole community is supposed to be a welcoming serious topic discussion platform in which individuals can discuss different aspects of programming and computers, post news about them as well as post their issues or questions (with an added bonus of Roblox cheats). There's a serious reason why pretty much all forums have IRC servers or Discord servers connected to them, it's to allow people to be able to talk amongst eachother, while leaving the forum in it's current state.
Cube is right about the moderation, a lot of the funny claims is that he is the one who's abusing. People don't understand that we have an organized team which sorts through posts, evaluates which threads/posts break the rules and then handles it. Anything non-trivial that Cube does on the forums is very likely approved by us.
This was meant to be a forum of serious discussion, free of the toxicity that V3rmillion has, and the rules will be enforced that way until the current issues have subsided. The people who end up crying about this are the people who end up ignoring all of these facts and getting -repped for it.

I'm neutral to this. I dont disagree or agree on the actions he does but all I'm gonna say his taking abit to seriously moderating a Lego hack forum.
But his doing what his supposed to be assigned to do so I'm not gonna say anything more.

I like and dislike and like Cuby's way of Moderation. It's something WRD kinda needed but at the same time it's a bit too strict. Don't understand why people complain over their Reputation while they already have a lot of Reputation.

Well, moderation is still moderation even if it's on a lego cheat forum (A coding forum too).

But it does matter if your reputation goes into the negative for a false reason isnt it pumpkin :))
when these rules took place, i calculated that we lost 3.714 % of our userbase due to these rules,
the average registered accounts active before the rules were in place was 14 users (these stats were taken on a weekend so there isnt any excuses on being tied up on work, thats just an average peek before a huge boom of v3rm peeps come)
and now we are at 9 person an average.
these rules oppress WRD users, its no longer free like the old days, its like a dictatorship speak out and you get the whip

We need a 'Law & Order' moderator, if you get what I'm saying. People have been epicposting, everywhere. Cube does seem like a nice dude.

Honestly, Cuby isn't doing anything wrong at all. They're making WRD Forum a better place by finally bringing a viable ruleset to the forum, you can already see a big difference as people that make useless replies are getting neg'd by Cuby and other staff members.
This is one step in a good direction and quite frankly, I can't wait to see the long-term results of the change theyve brought.

Just a little possible misconception to clear up here is that this general "change" (Refering to our new sub-forum rules, the bounds in which we enforce them, the punishments for them, moderation activity) is not a change meant to grant us more power to shape the forum the way we want it to be, or to enforce some sort of censored "circlejerk" community. The reason these changes were initially planned and executed was because of a large part of the community's inability to communicate properly on the forums, as well as general elitist sub-communities forming.
The general saying "monkey see - monkey do" applies here. One person starts relaxing and chatting in posts and then others start getting used to it and doing it themselves for no apparent reason. No one is calling for the complete elimination of all humanity from replies, surely it'd be quite stupid to attempt to ban people from greeting eachother, throwing in personal details or half-on-topic text. The issue are the posts that have NOTHING to do with the topic at hand and or then form chains of a conversation or some joke exchange.
The same can be applied to the toxicity seen on the forums (Keep in mind, that in this context toxicity refers to a general mindset or aura surrounding a person or community in which they have no regard for the (likely correct or strong) opinions held by others, unfactually/unobjectively instill negative reputation into practices, communities, individuals as well as topics). Using this simple definition you can highlight the part of the community that attempts to start flame wars and drama on the forums over "skidded" material, disputes/arguments that developers/members cannot resolve in a grownup manner so they resort to posting about it for attention on the forums.
Opinions are important, facts are important. Censorship is on no one's goal list right now, all that's being asked of anyone in this case is to state / insist on whatever thoughts they have without necessarily slamming attacks on eachother / starting drama that spreads through communities. No one minds controversial opinions, or even offensive ones. There is a difference between sensitive topics and flamewar arguments.
When these issues subside and a sort of "herd immunity" forms to promote the practice of proper communication amongst users, the rules will naturally be relaxed and exceptions will be made, all to prevent any unjustified punishments being administered over misconceptions or just common mistakes.
