Design it in roblox studio and use GUI to Lua lol.

No, top bar is server sided you would need to code a whole module. That is server sided. GUI to lua will not work. That is for gui, labels, and text labels + you can't rescale for mobile using Roblox features. That wouldn't be possible thru gui to lua.
