@Shintayo, install plugins and themes. For plugins, install some sort of Intellisense (code auto-complete), and a theme that you'd like to have. I also recommend looking for an Linux coding font, I really like it.

the obvious lightweight option is vscode

though i do recommend webstorm

if you want just a lightweight good text editor use sublime text (it has license thing but its just winrar type)

use python/node.js/php for backend

i tend to host sites on https://replit.com/ (comes with ide and linux thingy)

if using python i reccomend flask and uWSGI (what i use)
