Basically you're banned on roblox for idk how long

403 means you went on a forbidden page/resouce, ROBLOX servers accepted your request and understands it but wont send anything because something was invalid (Authentication or some invalid request)

You can confirm this via Mozilla's Developer Documentation on Requests; https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/403
