A global chat resize system more like a window

So the current resize system is like this. You can only resize it on the bottom right corner.

But the chat could be resized like this

Yeah, and also it's very buggy. Drag it a bit too much and it's going over your window. Lol.

The chat window can now be resized from the left edge, top edge, and top right corner.

 

@davidTube Did you use interact.js? I just found out about it and love it. Decided to switch to it for draggability too

When I resize the window it like selects all text for some reason... Resize from the top left corner. Also, cannot resize from the bottom or sides :sob:
