i think it will be impossible trying to find one, good luck with your old pc that has lag while running bluestacks, roblox and synapse

Above is the almost cheapest build I can think of, almost everything has been cheaped out except for the Power Supply (this is quite important), Graphics Card (you could go for a lot worse), and the CPU (quite good actually).

It's over the budget by $2, but you can make it $488 by depleting the power supply to an EVGA W3, but you probably shouldn't.

You may wonder why there is only a 120gb SSD in the build, this is because Hard Drives are very easy to find free, whether salvaged form older devices, or from Family Members or dumpster.

I used to use a computer much worse than this, and it could play ROBLOX well (granted you weren't injecting Synapse in MM2), and Bluestacks ran just fine. Something like this will work excellent for your needs.

Oh yeah, and since it is $500, no care was made into aesthetics, this build won't look great (the Pink Fans will tell you all about that), but again, if you want a showpiece, pay an extra $200.
