stop exploiting for a little bit. roblox has a new security measure for 268, it hwid bans you.
hwid stands for HardWareID.

Use Error 268 Fixer (Reminder: Run this application as an administrator to work)
If it doesn't work navigate to %localappdata% and search for Roblox folder
and delete these files:
- "AnalysticsSettings"
- "frm.cfg"
- "GlobalBasicSettings_13"
Don't worry it restores after you play a game. It just resets your settings.
But if it still doesn't work, do what @crazy_cat said. Stop exploiting for a while.

Forgive me for my lack of knowledge in this subject, but I'm assuming that allows for changing HWID to bypass restrictions? Such as a IP address changer?

Well usually this works for me.
I don't know about roblox's hwid ban but this used to work back then.
I don't get this error code anymore so I didn't know it doesn't work after roblox's new security measure.
