is BetterDiscord safe to use?

I was happily using (betterdiscord software) it until I went to this other video to see how to install themes (the ones I installed hadn't worked) and all the comments were saying it was a virus/token logger or whatever. Should I uninstall?

BetterDiscord is safe, I've used it for ages and nothing has happened... if you don't trust it you can look for alternatives such as powercord & goosemod

betterdiscord itself is safe but some themes or plugins can grab your token. just use themes/plugins that you trust and you'll most likely be fine.

better discord is safe to use and its also open source (i think), but some extentions can grab ur token so i suggest just checking the extention source before adding it, hope this helps

yes it's safe if you only use trusted plugins and don't tell discord staff about it

BD is safe. some themes and plugins you install could possibly be dangerous and steal your info. however some plugins and themes may crash your Discord

conclusion: it's a 50/50 chance just don't use BD lol, I recommend using discord light mode since it's safer to use

@e0gg Ah, yes. Discord light mode. Before I used it I had 0 friends, when I switched I was popular. Way better than BetterDiscord and PowerCord

I mean BetterDiscord is really safe since I were using it. You can also look at the source of every theme and plugin if you understand it's language. But yes it's okay.
