Simple Console Rock Paper Scissors game against a CPU, I feel like I made it very over complex because I decided to add encrypted Local score storing. Otherwise just made this because I was bored and the future of exploits aint looking too good.

Ok, I know its really simple thats why I made it in 2 hours. I also just made it because like I said exploits are about to die and us c# devs arent going to be making anything exploit releated soon.
