its a popup add, basically a full screen add. Just make it open a new link from an ad provider every few clicks on a page.

I searched on some stuff, and you can use something like https://richads.com/ it asks for alot of info about your "website" so just fill in some random crap, it doesnt really matter. Also if you have a content blocker or extension or UBlock just open it in an incognito window or turn it off. It gives you in the end some javascript to place in your website that does it all for you

Edit: I just tested it, that website/provider does open some pretty goofy stuff and all you need to do is paste in their single line of javascript. (warning, there are some NSWF things opened lmao)

If you're looking for an AdProvider, I'd recommend looking for some trusted ones, and please don't add pop-ups and other annoying ads. Just add banners and some other ones that aren't annoying.
