Fair enough if this is your first executor because everyone has got to start somewhere but

 

-the colour scheme is off

-the buttons are too thin

-listbox to thin

-and you could have made the textbox bigger if you moved that big ugly menu button.

 

however the options tab was made better but idek what that blue square is
