[BUG] Incorrect mention of user with similar name

I recently noticed that when mentioning a user in chat, if the username is similar to another user's name but with uppercase letters instead of lowercase ones, it incorrectly mentions that other user. For example, if I try to mention the user @/wallyrblx (lowercase), it will incorrectly mention @/wallyRBLX (uppercase) instead

You pointed out a more serious issue. Bypassing the duplicate username filter by using different casing. Fixed it just now.  

 

Ended up changing the newer wallyrblx's username to wally_rblx.

 

Btw, you an also use @[useridhere]. Ex, @/2 (Without the slash)
