Cus basically im tryna make an fps unlocker in py and i cant find any dll to unlock fps, if sumone knows one, please tell

Yes you can make a roblox injector/executor in python because it can natively interact with windows APIs such as using the kernel32 driver for writing process memory and other stuff you can use such as c/cpp language (to my understanding)

my recommendation is to take a look at how Axstin is doing it

Oh yeah, as for the injector / executor itself - yes, it is possible. Although it is much harder.
