If you're just starting out learning to code, you might be debating whether PHP is worthwhile. Even though PHP may not be as well-known as some other programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, or Python, it powers nearly 78 percent of all well-known websites.

PHP is a popular choice. Learning PHP can pay off in the long run, as there are many employment opportunities for PHP developers and the language is relatively easy to learn compared to other programming languages. It is important to follow the current developments of other languages such as JavaScript and Python, as they are becoming increasingly important in web development.

I know PHP but stopped using it recently. I just simply don't have any projects to make, but I think yes it is worth learning.

In my opinion, PHP may be good for some websites, but it has its downsides. It's mostly used on the server-side, has a bad reputation for confusing syntax, poor performance and a lack of modern frameworks/libraries. You might want to consider learning other languages before making a decision.
