smoothness of ui depend on gaming processor&gpu. many wpf-design ui incl. comet are inefficient and can be very intense, vary depend on specification

use any executor that has oxygen u api cause oxygen u api only crashes after around 2 hours and 37 minutes of playing, only has 2 linkvertises to get through, and is really good in general. i just use atonix for that
