Hi.

So I have a MSI Optix G24 Series monitor, and sometimes when I boot my pc up it's fine.

But sometimes when I boot it up, the monitor is turning off for about 3 seconds and turns back on.

No viruses, I checked the display on both screens, only the MSI is turning off.

Also checked settings, cables, and monitor settings.

Cheers.

If you have a warranty with MSI for your monitor. Just tell them about it, hence it appears to be boot-looping.

If by both screens you mean that you have 2 connected to 1 graphics card, that's some kind of hardware issue as stated above. Best to do some quick sanity checks on whether you're not using a bad display cable or power supply for your monitor before RMAing or returning it.

@Texas I have a laptop. The laptop screen is fine, however the second monitor (connected to the laptop) is flickering.

sounds like a loose connection or a bad cable, try just getting a new cable or testing the monitor on another system

@Vader I sadly don't have another system, also it's not cables since I checked them.

I really don't know what else can I do

@67078how did you check the cables then

Also hdmi has a tendency to be a bit loose since it doesn't have locking tabs compared to display port

@Vader What I meant is I tried pushing it with force (a bit) and it didn't work. Unplugging and plugging didn't work either.

If you are referring to the laptop side then most likely the hdmi port on the laptop is bad

But if you want to be 100% sure test with another monitor
