Would it be theoretically possible to make a Roblox Exploit entirely in python except the API?

I know that Iron Python is a thing. I could make a basic UI then use something like this.

yeah, if you can also make an api in python and then slap it the wrd api it would work

If you mean as in making everything BUT the actual exploit, yes. It's entirely possible. Since all you would need to do is inject the dll and write to the pipe.
