For a first WPF UI it's not bad, I've seen much worse for a first UI.

not bad for a first wpf in my opinion. maybe add some custom xaml button styles if you would want to learn how.

its 5/10 for me. bad button layout, the buttons in my opinion have to be bigger and it just looks plain.
