JJSploit denying all access!

So, basically, I noticed there was a new version out and was getting an update. However, the updates don't work so I do it manually. When I installed the new version of the program, I saw that my security was still on and deleting the files. So I restored them and turned it off. Then when I went to continue installation, it gave me an error . Basically, it won't let me install until those files are gone.
I went to the file location to run the uninstall program, when I did though, it left 3 items: The Uninstall button, Incrium Supra.dll and a resource folder. All of these folders, no matter what I did, WOULD. NOT. DELETE. I googled how to override permissions, using command promt to delete it, literally everything that SHOULD work. All it does is deny access to it. So either this new update screwed me over, or I am doing something wrong here. I am stuck in this endless loop as you can see.
Your thoughts on how to fix this? Of course... You don't have to answer or reply if you don't want to or are too busy.

Well, I haven't read everything because it looks like the bible. However if you disable your antivirus and restart your PC. The antivirus is activated again.
Also, If you can't delete files from JJsploit, it is because JJsploit is still running in the background.

1) I recommend that you change your antivirus and disable. so that Windows Defender will no longer be activated.
2) It is not necessary to remove JJsploit as the files are replaced.

Like I said before, I tried deleting it with command promt admin and it does not work. I have restarted and restarted. I was surprised how even command promt could not override it even with admin.

Vilictus is correct. To take ownership of the folder, I need to rearrange my entrire system. Since this computer is a windows 10, can't update to 11, and is a hand-me-down. So I don't have ownership over it and the original owner no longer uses it or lives near us. I have tried creating a new user and giving it admin over this computer, but it won't allow it and is just being a pill. So, I think I might just do a factory reset, or get a new computer. That is my ultimate goal if all else fails. In the meantime, I would still appreciate your advice.

Sorry about that, there was a bug in a 3rd party dependency which caused the frozen installer issue. I've fixed it as of v6.3.4. Try installing that?
