when i used to "make" exploits i used Eazfuscator.NET – .NET Obfuscator and Optimizer on max settings

Depends on your exploit lol if you have 

peice of crap like panda don't even bother lol. If you have unique features in your exploit yea obfuscate it.

@0x777_ eh its not super ultra good but it has a tab system that saves with renameable tabs so i think people will skid this but idk
