The unicode of these icons is the same as MDL2 icons that can be found on:Segoe MDL2 Assets icons - Windows apps | Microsoft Docs

Now to get this style you first have to download this https://aka.ms/SegoeFluentIcons this is the fluent icons font just select this font and uhhhh use the unicode from above website.. ik My English sucks Lmo

use character map and paste the ? unicode to the content

Segoe MDL2 and Segoe Fluent Icons are identical in terms of usage.
