Can't unlock JJSploit

I've had this problem for a long time, but I don't know how to fix it. JJSploit won't unlock for a reason even tho the website says "Your device is unlocked. Proceed to your software." The JJSploit still says Unlock

I am having the same issue. And no one is helping in the DC server

whenever i press unlock it says unlocked return to program but it stills says unlock and it wont open
