You can't.The API dosen't exist anymore.

The wearedevs API went a long time ago. Due too the Hyperion exploiting outbreak it's now challenging to find a stable public dll.

You can download the WRD .dll API from Mapquest Directions several online repositories, such as GitHub, or forums dedicated to game development.

wrd is outdated and doesnt work, i think jjsploit does something different now, theres forlorn but its kinda bad
