should i even use it? how should i use task.defer in c++

cause im tryna do some execution and i read that u should use task.defer instead of spawn but idfk

You don't need to use task.defer instead of spawn, I'm personally using task.delay temporarily, and have tried defer and spawn and they both work too. To call task.defer properly, push a closure onto the stack of your lua state, then call defer with the lua state as the argument
