1. NATO does nothing and Putin will view this as weakness

@yranxzy Respect to the 2 victims killed but NATO won't wage war risking millions of lives. Possibly billions to an extent.
I believe NATO will sign the biggest defence bill to Ukraine, station troops at NATO member state borders & add further sanctions.
