JJsploit not working

I have not been on here in almost a year well I uninstalled everything with JJsploit and the reinstalled it but for some reason I am getting 2 messages. one saying my computer or internet is blocking it. which I have turned everything off that needs to be. Then I get a message saying I am using an unsupported verison of roblox? any ideas?
