Help With Injecting WeAreDevsAPI.dll

When I Add WRD api into my exploit and press inject there is a extra popup and it makes it so I have to spam inject until it works and when I use other peoples executor with wrdAPI it doesnt show this does anyone have a fix?

Or am I just restarded and never noticed this before
