if you used paypal maybe like 10 - 20 minutes

My key was sent after i purchased, yes theres something odd with your purchase. If you paid with PayPal it should give you the key to the PayPal adress. If you paid with bitcoin it could take a whole day or a week!

If you used a steam gifcard it can take a week 

If you dont get the key within a week, contact support at .gg/sirmeme

bought your key from the official synapse x website

checked the email you used for the paypal you bought synapse with

entered the correct details in paypal to purchase your synapse x key
