Proxy-less bot account generator

I made an account generator using an ip spoofing exploit I found a while ago, thus allowing you to generate accounts without any proxies whatsoever
1. install python from https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.9.6/...-amd64.exe
2. open cmd and run pip install requests
3. launch bot.py
cookies will be output to cookies.txt and full.txt

Followed the instructions but nothing happens in the command prompt when running the file. I installed requests. No errors whow up. Can you by any chance create a video showing how this is done?
