Because when i use it it just dont work and the other tabs just Closed

No, you didn't read what it said.
Start The Multiple Rbx first, then start the roblox's.

To be clear of something, you have to launch Roblox on different accounts every time.

Not a different Chrome account, Roblox account. You can't launch multiple Roblox instances with the same Roblox account.
