In theory, aren't simpler exploits easier to handle and in general, easier to maintain?

Just a quick question about exploits in general.

Does simplicity matter?  Or must every exploit have to be detailed?

I'm a sucker for simple and old uis, the nostalgia, but dlls and power of them is what interests me and updating and maintaining I would say is the hardest part

As long as you make a good UI in the begining you can focus on the dll more
