JJsploit deleting itself even though I have no antivirus, and have disabled Windows Defender and the firewall

How do I fix this? I've tried redownloading, but it just deletes itself again...

Windows Defender is the only antivirus commonly installed on Windows machine. You will have to disable other third party antiviruses such as Avast or AVG.
