JJsploit DLL Missing error

I am on windows 10 and i have all the microsoft frame works and vredist downloads and the exploit main dll but when i try to open jjsploit it says that it failed to connect to the internet to auto update it self and dll is missing. I have my fire walls and all security off and it keeps saying this and i tried reinstalling it so much times and it still says the same thing that roblox has updated please wait for the creators to fix it and i have waited 5 days and its still not working. Someone HELP!

I has every security related thing on my pc off. And i updated my pc and restarted it a bunch of times.
