Synapse X (Failed to Download UI Files)

I bought Synapse X and I turned off what I needed to turn off and I put in the Serial Key as well, but it says that the UI files could not be downloaded and I needed to check my AntiVirus, yet I did what it asked me to do and it still won't work. Please help me!

Edit: I disabled the AntiVirus within the Registry itself (Meaning that I disabled the hexadecimal value and changed it to a 0 instead of a 1 so the AV is completely disabled.) and I am still having the same problem. I don't know what to do and I don't want to have had to waste 20 dollars.

Delete 'Bin' folder and run Synapse X as admin. [i think that's it]
