SKISPLOIT WONT OPEN!!!

So i want to download skislpoit to start exploiting in phantom forces by scripts. So i fist download it on my lap top and it worked perfectly but then when i tryed it out on my pc it dosent launch and i disabled all of my anti virus stuff btw i use kaspersky. So as i was saying i did everything i can to fix this problem but it none of the things i did worked ALSO when ever i launch skislpoit it says Netgaurd.io debugger something like that and it also says like press any key to continue.

I dont want to download any other exploit because skisploit is the most powerfull loadstring executor and i tryed other hacks with script executors and skisploit is the only one that can execute load string also what do you mean wearedevs api

Is windows defender also disabled on the pc

sorry if i reply late but i did turn off my windows defender and when ever i try to launch skisploit it says NETgaurd debugger detected and i tryed to turn it off but i dont know how. I just hope the new skisploit will work
