Buying Robux For Under $4.99

I'd like to purchase Robux for under $4.99 USD, but unfortunately Roblox's cheapest option on their website doesn't go below $4.99.

I've tried looking for third party vendors online but the best sources I could find have a purchase minimum of 1000 robux. And I can't purchase 1000 Robux for under $4.99 (without getting scammed of course).

I know there is a 30% tax and I've taken that into consideration. I just need a reputable vendor who sells Robux for under $4.99 USD, preferably having a minimum charge as low as $0.49 or no minimum at all.
