JJsploit injescting virusses

when i tried downloading the new JJsploit update it first marked at dangerous and when i let it through my computer inmidiatly blocked it because there was a huge treath litiarly called ''HackTool:Win64/Malgent!MSR'' does anyone know if this is safe?

"HackTool" is pretty self-explanatory. If you're this paranoid, don't cheat.
